HARD CANDY: MATTE-LY IN LOVE
is a really great buy at only 4 dollars, and everyone should have it, because no one ever told me about good vs. bad top coats and so i bought one for 9 dollars thinking it would be great and it did nothing. so i’m telling you that it works really amazingly, and also you can get it at walmart which is also super cool, so go out and buy it!
